The food was delicious, the check-in process was easy, the room was modern with a comfortable bed, and the location was fantastic for entertainment nearby.

The venue is cheerful, with fab food and fantastic location in the town centre. Especially helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Location near local museums, transport links and shops, espically the Bonus Arena and all attractions. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Nero nearby.

The check-in was simple and the atmosphere was family overall. The room was soundproof, airy and with great facilities.

it was a very enjoyable experience in a cheerful hotel. the stuff was very pleasant and extremely friendly and always on disposal. the property's location was central, close to attractions.

Breakfast was a joke. Of the four orders we placed, two of us did not get what we ordered. The quality was reasonably okay, but not overwhelming.

This place has an excellent location, very close to the city center, and not too far from Wilberforce House Museum.

I truly enjoyed every detail about my really enjoyable 1 night stay here. The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to all the best pubs.- Plus, an interesting museum was close by.- I spent some time with complimentary drinks in the busy main bar.

The location is fantastic, being close to the Bonus Arena, Train station, and Princes Quay shopping center. The staff are especially helpful and always have a welcoming smile.
